Do to the unique, handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
Why no returns ?
Each piece is crafted by hand (e.g., ” specifically for you” or “using natural materials that vary in texture”). This means that small imperfections or slight variations in color and sizes are not defects, but rather a hallmark of artisanal work.
Damage and Issues
